The close-knit team now requires a senior registered practitioner, proficient in providing clinical assessment and treatment plans, who can share their learnings and experience with the existing team, contributing to the collective success of the program.
ABOUT THE ROLE Our client has been supporting locals with allied healthcare and medical services for over twenty years.
As an experienced Speech Language Pathologist, you and the team will provide high-quality speech pathology services to both paediatric and adult clients.
With the support of a dedicated administrative team, you will focus on clinical consultations, assessments, treatment planning, and report writing.
Their reputation is for understanding individual needs and fostering positive outcomes for clients, and your skills are key to the organisation continuing to go from strength to strength.
DUTIES While the primary focus is on paediatric care, there is also a growing demand for adult services, particularly in the following areas:ASD / ADHDDevelopmental and Motor DelaysLearning and Intellectual DisabilitiesBehavioural and Emotional Regulation ChallengesSensory Processing DisordersArticulation and Accent ModificationSpeech, Communication, and Swallowing DisordersVoice DisordersStutteringBring a wealth of expertise as an experienced Speech Language Pathologist, promoting holistic well-being and meaningful progress whatever your area of specialism.A collaborative team approach, and a desire to work within a team environment where each member thrives and collectively contributes to the program's success.Providing clinical assessment and care planning in collaboration with multidisciplinary peers.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Degree qualifications in Speech PathologyAHPRA RegistrationMinimum 2 years' clinical experienceDemonstrated experience in delivery of strategies building on the individual's skills and strengthsDemonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholdersHighly developed written and verbal communication skills including the ability to engage with a diverse range of peopleDemonstrated capacity to work autonomously within an NDIS frameworkSkilled in the use of computers / clinical software including client management systems and Microsoft Office programsEvidence of full vaccination against COVID-19Required to obtain WWCC, full police check, and NDIS WSC before commencingTHE BENEFITS : Performance BonusesPotential for Professional Advancement to Clinical Lead roleProfessional Development Allowance: $2,000 - $3,000 with supervision, mentoring, and tailored training to support your career advancementRelocation-Commencement Allowance if requiredFlexible Work Options (4-5 day week)Paid parental leaveCompany vehicleState of the Art FacilitiesJoin a highly skilled and supportive team of medical and health professionalsIf you are seeking a great opportunity to take the lead - maybe for the first time, we want to hear from you
