The Opportunity A rare and exciting opportunity exists for a highly analytical, proficient and driven individual to join the Dexus Infrastructure Origination team as Senior Analyst. This role will primarily support the origination team in completing due diligence on new investment opportunities across all sectors.
You will make an impact by:
Preparing investment papers, managing due diligence, client interactions and the financial close process and documentation.Developing financial models to assess return and risk of investment opportunities.Reviewing, critiquing, designing and building financial models tailored to business drivers, and performing valuation and sensitivity analysis.Supporting deal origination through engagement with advisors/market participants.About You The ideal candidate will bring circa 4+ years' experience within investment banking, financial advisory or investment management. Through your career, you will have developed a strong financial modelling and analytical skillset showcasing high attention to detail and good commercial judgement. To succeed in the role, prior experience in project finance modelling is essential alongside a deep understanding of valuation measures, and investment propositions and key drivers/risks. Partnered with exceptional communication skills, you will demonstrate the ability to use initiative, make informed decisions and assume full ownership for completion of tasks. With a positive attitude, confidence, team spirit and a real knack for building diverse stakeholder relationships, you will see yourself thrive and grow in this role.
