Full time Centenary Motors is looking for a full-time Salesperson to join our Dealership. Why Centenary Motors? Competitive remuneration and uncapped commission structure.Rostered fortnightly RDO.Opportunities to expand and grow with the business.Continued training and professional development with ongoing management support, mentoring and assistance.Up-to-date sales and administration tools.Comfortable, modern and well-equipped workplace.Join us and enjoy a workplace where a casual approach to daily tasks is part of the norm.We are looking for: Previous vehicle sales experience, working in a warehouse-based dealership or similar environment with predominantly web-based enquiries.Current Qld Motor Sales Licence is essential.You must have a Manual Driver's Licence.Knowledge in European vehicles is favourable, but not essential.Must be available to work Monday – Saturday 8.00am to 5.30pm. We work an 11 day fortnight with one fortnightly RDO.Someone who can hit the ground running and sell on average 10 - 20 vehicles per month with minimal supervision.Be confident contacting clients via phone, text or email to convert web-based enquiries into sales.Proactively follow-up with clients who do not respond initially, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed.A "customer first" approach, where you consistently demonstrate a can-do attitude and the ability to maintain customer relationships.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to talk to customers in a friendly, professional manner.You will be responsible for all used vehicle enquiries, converting them into sales and all aspects of the sale process from meet and greet, contract documentation through to delivery of the vehicle.
You will have a demonstrated history in automotive sales and a mindset of achieving high customer satisfaction.
