About the RoleAs a Client-Side Project Manager, you'll be a key player in delivering projects that enhance the way people live and work.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop project timelines and coordinate design processes to ensure smooth project execution.Team Leadership: Manage on-site teams, maintaining a strong focus on safety standards and fostering collaboration.Procurement & Contract Management: Oversee procurement activities and manage contracts to meet project needs.Financial Management: Control project budgeting, cash flow, and reporting, ensuring financial objectives are met.Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project requirements.Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.Your Profile: Experience: 2-5 years of experience in construction project management.Education: A degree in building, engineering, or project management is advantageous.Leadership & Independence: Capable of owning projects from day one and leading with confidence.Problem Solver: A proactive thinker who can navigate challenges and find innovative solutions.Values-Driven: You uphold high standards of quality, integrity, and teamwork.The CultureOur client prides itself on fostering a people-first culture.
