The pipeline of work is secured; join us as we help to deliver Australia's renewable future.The OpportunityCPP are embarking on an exciting phase as we undertake the delivery of substantial renewable energy projects. In this brand-new role, we are in search of a natural leader who is well-versed in design and construct environments, to drive change and influence the organisation to achieve best practice in project controls and services nationally.As Project Services Manager, this is a hands-on role where you will elevate our project management practices by implementing consistency across key areas of the business including project controls, estimating, planning and scheduling, cost control, resource planning, and enterprise risk management which will be crucial in the successful delivery of our industry-leading projects. If you are passionate about achieving excellence and consistency in project controls whilst making a significant impact, we would love to hear from you.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:10+ years' experience with major projects, preferably in a design and construct environmentBroad experience across project controls and services, such as estimating, planning and scheduling, cost control, resource planning, earned value management, and enterprise risk managementStrong knowledge and understanding of change management principlesDemonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide business process improvement initiatives and project management systems implementationsExperience in the areas of Training and Development, Project Governance and Assurance, Benchmarking, and Data Analytics and ReportingKnowledge of Primavera P6 or OPC, InEight, Teambinder, Hard Dollar, and Power BI systemsMBA or Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering will be highly regardedWhy Join Us?At CPP our people are our most important asset.
