Wilsons Fruit and Vegetables is a Ballarat family-owned and operated business now in its third generation. We supply families and businesses with premium fruit and vegetables as well as offering a large range of speciality items in our delicatessen and grocery departments. We are proud to support local farmers both here in Victoria and across Australia, giving our customers access to the best produce possible.We have a full-time position available in our Administration department and are seeking someone with an eye for detail and a great work ethic to assist with the coordination of the accounts payable and receivable functions for Wilsons and to provide general finance and administrative support to the Office Manager.There will be a requirement for some early starts (7am) and late finishes. During peak periods such as in the lead up to Christmas or to cover staff during leave periods, additional early morning and late finishes may be required.Successful applicants will:Have proven experience working in a Finance capacity with exposure across both Accounts Payable and ReceivableHave previous experience working with accounting software such as MYOB or XeroPossess excellent time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting demandsDemonstrate excellent attention to detail ensuring work is to a high standard and free of errorsBe able to work both autonomously and within a team environmentExhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationshipsFull training in Wilsons products and produce will be provided.To apply, please attach a copy of your Resume and Cover letter addressed to our admin team leader Mr. Jess Salazar.
