About the Opportunity Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service in the digital space?
ALM is looking for a driven Digital Program Coordinator to support our E-Commerce and Loyalty Reward Programs.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for both retailers and shoppers, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues with speed and efficiency.
In this Role Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement state-specific online pricing policies.Assist in onboarding retailers and manage account setups.Resolve shopper inquiries through live chat, phone, and email, while also closing sales leads.Handle retailer and shopper conflict resolution, ensuring timely processing of orders.Manage refunds, chargebacks, and maintain up-to-date product and pricing information.Drive business growth by actively promoting outbound sales programs.Keep the eCommerce budget tracker up to date and accurate.You're Likely a Match If Strong written and verbal communication skills.Advanced computer skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.Experience in outbound selling is a plus.Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.A proactive, fast learner eager to grow in the digital space.Experience in the liquor industry is desirable.Life at Metcash Experience a supportive and flexible work environment.
