Azure - Dev/Ops Engineer/Architect

Attention all DevOps Engineers & Architects Vivanti is a rapidly growing startup in the cloud computing services sector, providing expert services in the software, data and platform engineering arena.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Azure DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations using Microsoft Azure.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing deployment processes, enhancing system reliability, and driving innovation in cloud-based development environments.
This role involves collaboration with developers, architects, and operations teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and secure solutions that align with business objectives.
Experience within large Federal Government IT departments a plus. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and other automation tools.Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like ARM Templates, Terraform, or Bicep.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based environments to ensure high availability and performance.Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with the Azure platform.Manage containerization and orchestration solutions, such as Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker.Implement robust monitoring and logging frameworks using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.Ensure systems and processes adhere to security and compliance standards, including identity management and access control.Stay updated on emerging Azure services, DevOps practices, and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations.Qualifications: Proven experience in DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure management, particularly on Azure.Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and deployment processes.Strong knowledge of IaC tools, containerization, and cloud-native application deployment.Familiarity with security protocols, compliance frameworks, and disaster recovery strategies.Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.Preferred Skills: Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or equivalent certifications.Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud integrations.Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.Knowledge of database operations, networking, and application performance optimization.Security Requirements: Baseline Clearance (or the ability to obtain).
