Your role with us: As an IT Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of Project Management, ensuring successful delivery through meticulous planning and coordination. Your role will encompass effective communication with stakeholders and addressing challenges through proactive risk management. You will oversee the Implementation of project phases, ensuring all aspects are documented accurately and thoroughly. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in quality assurance, maintaining high standards throughout the project lifecycle to deliver exceptional results.

What you will do:Project Management - Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Coordination - Work closely with stakeholders, including IT staff, vendors, and end-users, to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.Planning - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget estimates.Communication - Maintain clear and regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and any changes to the project scope or timeline.Risk Management - Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success and develop mitigation strategies to minimise or eliminate those risks.Implementation - Coordinate the implementation of new technologies and systems, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.Documentation - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and post-project reviews.Quality Assurance - Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with organisational policies and procedures.What you will bring:Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a role involving multiple, simultaneous projects.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, email systems, and cloud-based technologies.Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.Team Collaboration: Experience working in a team environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external vendors.Bonus points if you also have:Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Customer Focus: A strong customer service orientation, with the ability to understand and anticipate the needs of end-users.Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.Some of the perks of working for us:EAP access for you and your familyAccess to over 9,000 courses across our Learning and Development PlatformTwo full-time baristas who will make your daily coffee, tea, fresh juices and smoothies for FREEFREE daily catered breakfastMassage Wednesdays - we get professionals to do thisTeam lunches and happy hour in the office from 4pm on FridaysFun office environment with pool tables, table tennis and all your favourite gaming consoles'Help Yourself' Cold Drinks Fridges and massive Snack Walls on every working level"We are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer – we commit to respond to every applicant"
