We are seeking a Regional Manager for our valued client.
Key Leadership Role Gold Coast Based Tier 2 D&C Construction Company Supported development and career growth within the company Have a real input into the success of the organisation The Company IEPro are currently working with a Specialised Design & Construct Construction Company who specialise in bespoke, high-end apartment developments.
Our client is searching for a Regional Manager to lead their teams and deliver exceptional quality projects.
The success of this builder is reinforced by the quality and expertise of their staff, their collaborative approach to business, and their skill at providing flexible solutions.
With a strong focus on creating a work environment that supports flexibility and wellbeing, you will be joining a company that shares your enthusiasm for the construction industry and delivering outstanding outcomes.
Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Director & Company Support - Reporting directly to the MD and providing support to the senior management team.
Ensuring project teams are utilising company processes and systems.
Uphold the company culture and values.
Proven track record of achieving and maintaining sustainable, profitable growth through strategic planning and execution, operational efficiencies, and optimising team performance.
Client Management - Focus on the delivery of client goals whilst managing expectations.
Support the Construction and Project Managers to achieve desired outcomes.
Ability to align business operations with long-term strategic goals and meet or exceed financial targets, including revenue, margins, and cost control.
Expertise in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications A demonstrated history of delivering luxury multi-residential projects, with a strong operational focus in Construction Management.
Local industry experience.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and specifications.
Construction Management Degree or Tertiary Qualifications.
