Triskele Labs are one of the last remaining boutiques in Australia. We are currently the largest CREST Registered Penetration Testing company in Melbourne and one of the only boutiques to run a 24x7x365 Security Operations Team completely onshore.We have a goal of growing through build and acquisition, not selling out and becoming another one of the numbers.
Position OverviewThe Security Reporting Analyst will work closely with the Security Operations Centre (SOC) team to create and deliver timely and relevant monthly reports for clients utilizing Triskele Labs' SOC services. This role involves generating insights from data, creating management dashboards, improving reporting processes, and ensuring high-quality communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:Report Generation & Analysis Generate and deliver monthly SOC reports for clients, with a focus on the first two week of every month's reporting cycle. During this period, you will be expected to work from our office in the city.Work closely with SOC Analysts and senior team members to provide analysis and insights related to SOC client services.Develop and maintain management dashboards to present key performance metrics.Process Mapping & Improvement Map existing reporting processes, identify business requirements, and streamline workflows.Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvements and best practices in reporting.Investigations & Recommendations Conduct investigations to gather, analyze, and present findings, including digital evidence, for inclusion in client reports.Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.Client Engagement & Communication Respond to all client communications in a timely manner, including answering queries, phone calls, and emails.Be familiar with contractual obligations and client relationships to ensure clear and effective communication.Client Relationship Management Attend internal and external meetings as needed to support client relationships and service delivery.Maintain a deep understanding of the services used by clients and the specific needs of each engagement.Knowledge & Skills:Qualifications: Cert 4 in Cybersecurity (highly regarded), tertiary or post-graduate qualification in Security Information or related IT fields, or demonstrable equivalent experience.Experience: Working knowledge of Security Operations and SOC services, with a strong background in report writing and data analysis.Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.Experience with Microsoft Power BI (highly regarded).Strong understanding of security information technology and tools.Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.Documentation: Strong skills in documentation and creating clear, concise reports.Personal Attributes:Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.Highly motivated with a confident approach when dealing with people.Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks during fast-paced reporting periods.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Flexible, open to learning new ways of working, and committed to continuous improvement.Professional presentation and adherence to company dress code.Understanding of diverse cultures and belief systems to function effectively as part of a team.Team culture is everything to Triskele Labs and it is the reason we exist.
