About the role
SkyCity Adelaide is embarking on a significant transformation journey, and the General Manager Transformation will play a critical role in shaping the future of our operations.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director - SkyCity Adelaide, this role leads a team dedicated to delivering strategic transformation programs, including our financial crime and gambling harm remediation initiative.
The successful candidate will oversee organisational transformation programs designed to enhance regulatory compliance, cultural engagement, and operational efficiency.
A key responsibility is collaborating with the Group General Manager Transformation to ensure alignment with broader group strategies.
This role involves managing stakeholder relationships, including regular engagement with regulators, the Independent Monitor, and other external partners, while providing timely updates to the Board on program progress, risks, and opportunities.
About you
We are looking for a proven leader with extensive experience in transformation and operational management, preferably within highly regulated industries.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in program or project management, business, or a related discipline, coupled with a strong background in cultural transformation, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in regulatory or financial crime remediation is highly desirable.
Candidates will possess exceptional strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills, with a commitment to fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Experience leading large-scale change programs and engaging with senior management, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders will be critical to success in this role.
