You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within an incredible team of Allied Health Professionals including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians and Podiatrists.

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Administrator - Client Retention Officer to join our growing team in our Batemans Bay facility 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday (5 hours per day 5 days a week).
This is an integral and challenging role within the business that will see you involved in a diverse range of activities, collaborating and assisting the team and our clients.

Your daily duties would include:
Front of clinic client facing role Liaising with clients, families and practitioners Organising incoming referrals and manage client waiting lists Maintaining and expanding our referrer relationships Processing billings for multiple funding streams – Private, Medicare, DVA, NDIS, HICAPS General Administrative tasks including, emails, calls, reporting, filing Processing client intake forms and service agreements Assisting with Internal Audits Organise general facility supplies and maintenance Assist with induction of new practitioner & student placements Must have experience in health industry administration role Ability to handle high workloads Strong organisational skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products NDIS experience is advantageous Must be available Monday to Friday 5 hours per day.
