Food and Beverage Manager, Sorrento Sailing Couta Boat ClubBased in beautiful Sorrento on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, the Sorrento Sailing Couta Boat Club is home to Australia's largest Couta Boat fleet.
With a brand new redevelopment of the club house, an opportunity has arisen for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to stamp their mark on the future direction of the club's F&B offering.
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the operation of the Food & Beverage department.
The primary responsibility is to drive the culture of hospitality excellence, standards of service, and member engagement.
The role involves working closely with the General Manager and collaborating with all departments of the Club to ensure alignment and unified efforts for member satisfaction.
The Food and Beverage Manager requires a dynamic individual with a passion for food and beverage, an understanding of current trends within the hospitality industry, attention to detail, leadership ability, good administrative skills, and a hands-on approach.
While the Food and Beverage Manager is expected to work weekends and lead the team on the floor during peak service, there is flexibility around management hours.
The Food and Beverage Manager has the responsibility for the performance of the following direct reports:
Events ManagerFloor SupervisorQualifications / Attributes To be successful as our Food and Beverage Manager, you should be able to work independently and interact with a variety of the SSCBC team.
You must hold:
Responsible Service of AlcoholFirst Aid (Level 2)You will:
