Headquartered in South Sydney, the company is renowned for delivering premium products and services as well as ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels.Job DescriptionManage the collection of outstanding payments from debtors.Perform account reconciliations and generate status reports.Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.Collaborate with the accounting team to perform annual audits.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.Liaise with customers to resolve any billing queries.Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.Continuously improve payment and collection processes.The Successful ApplicantA successful Accounts Receivable Officer should have:A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.What's on OfferA competitive salary package ranging from AUD 75,000 to AUD 80,000 annually prorata.An opportunity to grow your career in a supportive work environment.Comprehensive training and development opportunities.We encourage all interested individuals who meet the above criteria to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
