We are seeking a full-time Salesperson, who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to join our Dulux Trade Centres.
This role will see you working between our Pakenham & Warragul stores and requires a current driver's licence and own transport.
If you are energetic, driven, have a strong work ethic and a passion for people then this role is for you.

Responsibilities
Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained Accurately mix and tint paint Enjoy comprehensive, holistic health and well-being support, including our Wellbeing Hub and full EAP support Market leading Learning and Development initiatives and genuine career pathways to accelerate your growth 20 weeks paid parental leave (primary carers) and 2 weeks paid partner leave available from the first day you start working with us.

You're confident with people, have great communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with peers, customers and clients.
You're able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our paint and other heavy products in store at times.

Retail Trade Sales experience would be preferred; however, we are willing to provide on-the-job training on paint products, application, and hardware.
