HSE Advisor (Site Based) | Cooper and Surat Basins | 2:2 RosterAn exciting opportunity for an ambitious, experienced HSE Advisor to join our team on a 2:2 roster.This position is site-based between the Cooper (SA) and Surat Basins (QLD).Competitive salary working in a supportive and inclusive environment.GR Production Services is a leading provider of operations, maintenance, projects, and advisory services to the energy and resources industries. We are committed to expanding our business to deliver fully integrated services and projects that add value for our clients, our people, and the communities in which we work.GR Production Services is a division of GR Engineering Services (ASX: GNG).The purpose of this position is to support our internal teams while working alongside our client to implement, monitor, and report on HSE policies, procedures, objectives, and action improvement plans. You will provide advice and support on HSE issues and specific risks and hazards on site.This role will be based between the Cooper Basin and the Surat Basin, incorporating a FIFO ex Brisbane 2:2 roster.Key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, management systems, and compliance strategies.Assist Supervisors and onsite personnel in hazard identification and reporting of hazards.Understand and assist with development and implementation of task-based JHA's and SOP's using client documentation and tools for site-based personnel.Provide guidance to site supervisors and personnel in a timely manner, including corrective actions and reviews.Oversee testing and effectiveness of site emergency response plans, including conducting drills, and ensure appropriate levels of response to meet threats and environmental hazards.Assist supervisors with preparation and facilitation of safety toolbox meetings and onsite safety presentations.Qualifications & Experience Required:A minimum of 5 years' experience within the Oil and Gas Industry or similar industry with exposure to Risk Management practices.Tertiary qualifications in Health, Safety, or Environment.Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.Certification in an industry-recognized Incident Investigation training.Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment (desirable).Demonstrated experience in building relationships across all levels from site personnel to management.What we offer:An opportunity to be challenged and encouraged to reach personal growth and development.The ultimate work/life balance with an even time roster, and the variety of sites to attend.Join a team that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive, encouraging you every step of the way.A competitive annual salary.If you would like to be considered, please feel free to apply your details now, ensuring you complete the screening questions.If you have applied to us previously, please feel free to add your details again.Only applicants shortlisted for interviews will be contacted.GR Production Services is committed to workplace diversity and strongly encourages female and Indigenous candidates to apply.
