Who will you be working with?
A fast-growing National Insurance Brokerage company is looking for a Business Systems Support Specialist, to support insurance brokers as they navigate through in-house technical systems.
This company provides insurance advice to commercials, small to medium and multi-nationals businesses nationwide.

Benefits to successful applicants: Competitive salary and benefits package Dynamic and supportive work environment within a fast-growing company Hybrid work arrangement for better work-life balance Opportunities for professional development and growth Be part of a team working on cutting edge technology in one of Australia's largest independent brokerages Duties and responsibilities include: Provide Level 1 systems support to internal users, particularly insurance brokers Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the company's in-house systems Act as a first point of contact for systems-related queries, delivering timely and effective solutions Work closely with brokers to ensure they have the necessary support and guidance when using systems Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance system performance and user experience We are looking for someone with: Desired degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2 years of experience in Systems or Business Support 12 months experience in financial services business Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively assist and guide users Knowledge of insurance broking is preferred If you think this could be the role for you then please apply now
