Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting and analysis processes, business partnering with brand leaders and delivering actionable insights to drive business performance.
You will be accountable for the company's forecasting and budgeting process, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to support decision-making, optimize resource allocation and ensure the company's financial health aligns with its growth objectives.
Financial Planning and Budgeting
Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support short and long-term business planning.
Business partnering with brand leaders and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and track/improve business performance.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Responsible for preparing monthly MMR (Monthly Management Report) Analyse monthly financial performance, including variance analysis, and identify key trends and insights.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and regional/global leadership.
Identify and implement enhancements to financial planning tools, systems, and processes (i.e.
Power BI).
Drive automation and standardization of reporting and analytics to improve efficiency.
Strategic Decision Support
Partner with business leaders to evaluate new initiatives, market opportunities, and cost optimization strategies.
Provide financial analysis to support business growth decisions and other strategic projects.
Assess risks and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to senior management.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
Manage and mentor Finance business partners fostering professional growth and development.
Your Background
In order to be considered for this amazing opportunity you should have:
Currently living in Sydney Hold a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field CPA, CA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A, financial analysis or related roles ideally within a multinational organization Experience in the recruitment, HR or professional services industry is an advantage A strong collaborative approach, able to take initiative and build rapport quickly High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong knowledge in reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive), and in Oracle ERP (desirable) Strong analytical & organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and communication skills both written and verbal Customer Focused and ambitious We value people and the role work plays in their lives.
