Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician$78 – $115 per hour inclusive of commissions

Job Description... Deliver Expert Service to Service Today customers needing assistance with heating/cooling maintenance and repairsLead, mentor, coach and provide in-field training and feedback to the Service Today HVAC ApprenticesMaintain and promote a high level service standard, professional, and friendly work environment.Understand and comply with Service Today Work Health and Safety Policy, other company policies and statutory requirements impacting the positionSkills and Experience… Trade qualified for +3 yearsMust have HVAC trade experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and completing installationsA current driver's license and a good driving recordTechnology and Computer literate.
Familiarity with paperless booking and work systems will be an advantageAn eye for detail and the skills to provide top quality workmanship for Service Today customersPrevious supervisor experience will be highly regardedThe key to success in this role is to have strong time management skills, problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to multitask, be self-motivated, be a quick learner and a strong adherence to deadlines.
