Part-Time Broker Support roleJoin a growing firm and a leading provider of asset finance, home loans, and business loans, specializing in self-employed clients.
About the Role:

Hours: 20 hours per week - flexibility on days

Salary (Part time): $46,830 plus super
As a Part-Time Loan Processor you'll assist with a variety of finance tasks, including:
Managing CRM systems and ensuring smooth workflows.
Writing proposal emails for residential, commercial, and asset finance solutions.
Conducting residential servicing affordability assessments.
Managing email communication and addressing client and lender requirements.
Researching and providing interest rate pricing.
Streamlining processes on broker portals.
Assisting in adhoc admin duties

Requirements:
Experience in finance-related virtual assistant roles.
Experience within a mortgage broker support role
Experience with asset finance and commercial clients
Strong time management skills, especially across time zones.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
Good communication skills
Time management skills
Familiarity with broker portals and affordability assessments.
