This is an exciting opportunity to join our Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and work on a key client account managing their Queensland Residential portfolio.
This is an onsite role based in our Brisbane CBD office.
Key responsibilities will include: Day to day management of residential portfolio maintaining close liaison with client, fostering efficient, harmonious and close working relationshipsOrganise Routine Inspection ReportsPreparation of reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basisMarket ScansConducting rent reviews, lease renewals and negotiating new leasing dealsManagement of lease compliance by all tenants and landlordsSome Site InspectionsQualificationsTo excel in this position, you will ideally have:
Current Real Estate Licence/Certificate of RegistrationCurrent Drivers LicenceMinimum 3 years' experience in Residential Property ManagementExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProperty related degree (preferred but not essential)You will benefit from a professional, learning based environment offering excellent long-term career opportunities and a competitive salary package.
