At 360biolabs, we develop and conduct pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) assays across a wide variety of therapeutic areas to ensure the success of our clients' clinical trials and preclinical studies.
Provide technical support and assistance to ensure the efficient operation of a busy and modern chemistry laboratory conducting assays for research, preclinical and clinical studies in an accredited environment.
Contribute to a high-quality team at 360biolabs complying with relevant standards, regulatory guidelines and SOPs.
Responsibility AreasThe key responsibility areas (KRAs) are major outputs for which the position is responsible and not a comprehensive statement of all position activities.Safety Ensure the safe and efficient conduct of laboratory activitiesEnsure compliance to relevant internal processes and statutory requirementsTeam Work Maintain high levels of communication with colleagues and productive relationships with service providers and other partners.Accreditation Adhere to ISO/IEC 17025, OECD Principles of GLP, GCLP Principles, 360biolabs' Quality Management System, and other requirements as per NATA Accreditation and regulatory guidelines.General Duties and Laboratory Work Maintain the chemistry laboratory in an efficient and well-organised mannerEnsure laboratory equipment is cleaned, maintained and calibrated as required according to relevant SOPs and daily maintenance schedules and best practices for mass spectrometer systemsOrder and maintain consumable supplies for the laboratoriesPrepare solutions, buffers and reagents for use in a variety of assaysAssist with the preparation of calibrators, quality controls and clinical samplesMaintain and update equipment service and calibration records in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)Assist with the receipt of goods and reagents and review and complete relevant documentation associated with them, and store correctlyMay assist with the coordination of reagent and goods shipmentsData Analysis, Reporting and Document Work Review policies, SOPs, systems and procedures to assure the quality and integrity of service offerings at 360biolabsMaintain records (LIMS, database and paper) to levels consistent with relevant standards and industry expectationsProfessional Development Attend meetings and training associated with and the work of 360biolabsKey Selection CriteriaTertiary education in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience (Essential)Experience/ Knowledge/ Attributes Experience working in a quality-controlled environment preferably an accredited facility following ISO/IEC 17025, GLP or similar quality systems (Essential)Excellent organisational and time-management skills (Essential)Ability to work as part of a teamGood communication skills and willingness to learn (Essential)Experience in handling clinical samples etc (Essential)Experience with use of a Lab Information Management System (LIMS) (Desirable)High motivation and enthusiasm for biomedical research (Desirable)Apply now if you have what it takes to join our team
