About Us
We're Big Fat Smile, a not-for-profit organization that plays a pivotal role in the lives of thousands of children and families across Australia. We operate 40+ community preschools, long day care centres, and fun clubs, dedicated to giving every child the best start in life.
Currently, we're looking for a Diploma Educator for our Port Kembla Community Preschool, an 'Exceeding NQS' rated service. Our educational program is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, focusing on developing children's awareness of the world through creative arts and music, including multicultural language and music.
Your Responsibilities
Providing quality education and care to all childrenContributing to planning educational programs that support a child's learning to meet their goalsBuilding strong relationships with children, families, and the community
