This is a permanent full-time position. Some afterhours work will be required during the Jewish festivals.Reporting to the Spiritual & Cultural Manager, the primary responsibilities of this role will include:Coordinating all aspects of the Spiritual and Cultural departmentLiaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective running of events and activitiesCoordinating, managing and implementing all aspects of Shabbat and Jewish Festivals, including supporting the intergenerational programsThe successful candidate, at a minimum, will possess the following skillset:Exceptional oral and written communication skillsThe ability to juggle multiple prioritiesIs efficient, takes initiative, and is a self-starterIntermediate to advanced computer skillsIdeally has experience in event coordinationWe would love to hear from you if you have a genuine desire to work with older members of our community, are compassionate and have brilliant interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.About us:Montefiore is an award-winning, Sydney-based aged care provider, with a proud 130-year history as a non-profit organisation founded on Jewish values.
