This is an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist looking for a varied role in Community Aged Care on a Full-Time permanent basis.
This role will be responsible for the clinical service delivery to clients in their own homes as well as group-based health and wellness programs across a number of locations.
Day to day this role looks like:
Providing initial assessments and Clinical service delivery to our existing client base - both individual and in a group setting Working collaboratively with the wider allied health team, i.e.
occupational therapists, fitness instructors and allied health assistants Conducting face to face clinical work and minimum travel time between clients with time allocated for administration and reporting Weekly mentoring and ongoing support with Allied Health Physiotherapy Team Leader Adherence to best practice policy and procedures To be successful in this role you'll need:
Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree in Physiotherapy.
Current registration with AHPRA.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to manage all aspects of compliance Demonstrated experience with multidisciplinary team working.
Effective time management skills to ensure patient intervention, reports and outcomes are achieved in a timely manner.
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work/caseload.
Demonstrated computer literacy with skills in computer applications Demonstrated commitment to own professional development & learning Demonstrated knowledge and experience of health, aged and/or disability services Current Driver's licence and registered and insured motor vehicle Willingness to apply for a Police Check What we can offer you:
