The Role As a Tele Interview Consultant, you'll manage your own portfolio of financial advisers, conduct tele-interviews, and provide superior service throughout each policy's life cycle.
Collaborate with the underwriting team, ensuring an outstanding experience for advisers, customers, and stakeholders alike.
The Responsibilities Deliver a customer-centric service experience to all stakeholders Complete customer Tele Interview applications by phone, building trust and advocacy with both customers and advisers Conduct tele-interview calls with customers to gather risk-related details accurately Ensure timely case completion within agreed service level agreements Visit advisers to promote services Support the Tele Bookings Consultant and collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals Skills and Experience Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ideally, medical terminology course (or similar) 1-2 years+ experience in Insurance/Life Insurance The Benefits $80,000 + Super (depending on experience) Modern offices in Darling Harbour, a short walk from Town Hall Station WFH flexibility 3 days a week, with additional flexibility benefits
