Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to join a leading steel fabrication company specializing in high end, architecturally designed steel projects.
Based in South Brisbane, this is an opportunity to work with a dynamic team that delivers innovative and high-end steel solutions for residential and commercial construction.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality outputs for architecturally designed steel structures. Manage a team of skilled fabricators and production staff, ensuring projects meet timelines and quality standards. Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure project specifications are met. Maintain and improve production efficiency, workflow, and safety in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and projects. Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all products adhere to industry standards. About You: Proven experience in production management within the steel fabrication industry, preferably with a focus on architecturally designed projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products. Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Benefits: Competitive salary package.
