Position Overview
Charter's Valuation team in Broadbeach has an exciting opportunity for a Valuer or Senior Valuer to join their growing team.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will undertake Commercial Valuations across a range of commercial assets.
Core Responsibilities
Respond to quote requests and communicate process and timeframes Complete onsite inspections, including appropriate record keeping Compile comprehensive Valuation reports, supported by appropriate commentary, research and analysis Identify and develop client relationships to generate new business, whilst maintaining existing relationships Identify risk and maintain compliance with industry standards Promote and market the Charter brand and Valuation's business Position Requirements
API membership and current certificate of compliance 1-4 years commercial valuation experience Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Concern for high quality standards and a strong attention to detail Commercially astute and client-focused Strong interpersonal and business development skills If you are looking for a new challenge and would like to be a part of a professional, team-focused environment, we encourage you to apply.
