About the Role As a Website Product Owner in our Consumer Distribution team you will be instrumental in enabling and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to achieve its objectives.
You will guide the team on prioritizing tasks for the Digital Practice, ensuring that all work aligns strategically with our business goals.
Role Location: Brisbane
What will your day look like? As a Website Product Owner, you will:
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to ensure customer-centric delivery.
Drive digital targets and enhance website conversion rates.
Analyse the full customer journey using data and research to identify pain points and opportunities.
Prioritize, scope, and schedule digital projects and features effectively.
Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Legal teams to maintain up-to-date digital content and manage risks appropriately.
What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven track record in product ownership or related fields.
Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Experience in managing successful programs focused on improving performance metrics.
Expertise in online customer experience and information design principles.
Familiarity with online analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and project management software like JIRA and Confluence.
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
