Pharmacy Assistant (for Pharmacy Students) Are you a passionate pharmacy student looking to gain hands-on experience while having fun?
Join our team at a very unique community and compounding pharmacy
We combine community pharmacy (nursing homes, medication pack, professional services including vaccinating) with the creation of customized medications for patients, blending the traditional art of community pharmacy with cutting-edge technology.
We're currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacy student like you to support our multiple teams and make a difference.
Responsibilities:
You'll be the superhero of customer service, responding promptly to phone calls, emails, and faxes with a friendly and energetic attitude.
Dive into the retail space of our pharmacies, serving customers and making sure their collection orders are fulfilled with a smile.
Get ready to put your communication skills to the test as you liaise with doctors, pharmacies, medical and veterinary clinics over the phone, ensuring smooth order processing and confirming details.
Embrace the power of technology
You'll be operating computer systems, using pharmacy-specific software (RXONE), ordering software, Microsoft Word, and Excel like a pro.
Be a team player and have a blast working with our amazing crew.
Sometimes you might even get to step into different roles to help out and solve exciting customer service challenges
Keep things running smoothly by following our super cool standard operating procedures.
As a true pharmacy hero, you'll also keep our facility sparkling clean and jump in to assist with any other duties that come your way.
Requirements:
Current Pharmacy Student (in Australia) Show us your pharmacy superpowers by having completed high school, pharmacy assistant training, or a similar program.
But don't worry, we understand if you're still on your way to becoming a pharmacy wizard
Attention to detail and great organization skills are essential, especially when facing high-stress situations.
