Highly talented business units coupled with management's transparent & honest attitude towards staff make us ready for any building emergency.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of large loss insurance building projectsMonitor estimator quotation listsMonitor & assist team with relationship developmentDiscuss market trends & pricing schedulesEnsure any discrepancies with quotations of projects are identifiedIdentify any apparent trends regarding pricingDevelop relationships with key cliental in the insurance & further marketDevelop & foster relationships for with new and existing clientalDevelop & continually critique / monitor estimating processes & strategies, ensuring our systems are of best practice in the industryExplore potential non-conforming cost savings & alternativesConduct & manage detailed project take-offs & internal measuresAnalysis of potential cost savings, gains, losses & profitabilityDevelop preliminary costs in conjunction with nominated construction managerTravel around regional NSWKey Selection CriteriaDo you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy?

Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team.Extensive estimating experience in the construction sectorInsurance building or commercial background ideal, however not essentialExcellent communication skills – both written & verbalAbility to build effective relationships with internal & external stakeholdersComputer literacy – Microsoft Excel, Project & WordAbility to be empathetic to the needs of the clientFamiliarity with OHS practices, legislation & regulationsFamiliarity with current market rates & tradesGood work ethic & highly motivatedAbility to manage multiple & competing prioritiesCurrent & valid motor vehicle licencePlease note: The successful candidate must have the right to work in Australia, and be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination and criminal background check where required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
