Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies for capital raising and investment structuring.
• Analyze market trends and investment opportunities.
• Prepare financial models and valuation reports.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions.
• Support transaction due diligence and documentation processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in transaction structuring, capital raising, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation software.
