Area Director – Leading Excellence Across Early Childhood Services Take the lead as an Area Director with Y Kinders.

Your Role As the Area Director , you'll oversee the operational excellence of Y Kinders services in your region.
You'll lead and develop service teams, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Your work will directly contribute to enriching the lives of children and families, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting staff to deliver their best.
Key Responsibilities Leadership:
Inspire and manage service teams, ensuring alignment with Y values and achieving best practices in early childhood education.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day service delivery, maintain compliance with National Quality Framework standards, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with families, external agencies, and local communities to enhance the impact of Y programs.
Strategic Focus:
Drive initiatives to achieve organisational goals, including occupancy and financial viability targets.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks while promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all.

Your Skills and Experience To excel in this role, you'll bring:
A qualification in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable).
Proven leadership and people management experience in early childhood education or a related sector.
Strong understanding of compliance, legislation, and risk management in service delivery.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and lead teams effectively.
Organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
