Reflection Psychology Group is looking to hire like-minded Psychologists who share similar values as we do, as well as who truly value what we have to offer in helping you thrive in your work as a contracting Psychologist.
In simple terms, we are not a churn and burn organization with a primary focus on numbers, but rather a couple of Business Owner Psychologists who have created a successful Psychology Practice that delivers on everything we have always wanted and needed as Psychologists ourselves, for both ourselves as Practitioners and in turn for our clients.

We provide ongoing Reading Groups, Professional Development Workshops, and formal Supervision support.
Social gatherings allow us to connect and relax.Our on-site Administration team, made up of our Practice Manager and Receptionists (all of whom are studying or connected to the Psychology field), ensures the highest level of support for both our Psychologists and Clients.We strike a balance between structured systems and the autonomy to manage our own client load.
This balance is key to our practice.Our clinics are designed to create a wonderful ambience for both Psychologists and their clients, with consultation rooms best suited both acoustically and aesthetically.For Clients:We are a well-established group that has consistently maintained a healthy stream of clients, allowing us to match clients with therapists best suited to their needs.The culture of our team, highly developed systems, and ongoing Professional Development for our Psychologists ensure that Reflection Psychology Group is a trusted Counselling Destination and Mental Health Service.Opportunities:We have opportunities for Experienced Psychologists to join our team in our soon-to-be-expanded Camberwell clinic, ready for consultations in February 2025.
We are looking to hire for contracting positions ranging from 2-4 days per week.
We are looking for:
