What You'll Do As the CEO of Tradies Success Academy, you'll:
Lead a Movement: Take ownership of the Academy's day-to-day operations and drive our mission to empower trade business owners.Scale Our Impact: Grow our subscription-based model, improve retention, and expand our reach geographically, operationally, and strategically.Innovate Through Technology: Lead the development and optimisation of our proprietary app and automated systems, creating a seamless experience for members.Build a High-Performing Team: Inspire and empower a passionate team to deliver exceptional results, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Drive Data-Driven Results: Implement and maintain transparent performance metrics to align teams and strategies with measurable success.Transform Lives: Develop programs that help business owners transition from working in their business to leading it, creating freedom for themselves and their families.Collaborate with the Founder: Work hand-in-hand with the visionary founder to refine strategy, solve high-level challenges, and unlock new growth opportunities.What You'll Need To excel in this role, you'll bring:
