In the role of Trainee Fleet Improvement, you will form part of our team that works on exciting Fleet projects, business improvements, systems and initiatives across the City of Gold Coast.
Communicate and build relationships with internal and external customers.Access, operate and maintain project management systems, documents and databases.Perform general project, business and administrative tasks including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.Use digital and online systems with your project support tasks.What are we looking for from youThe City is committed to developing skilled trainees and apprentices into future City leaders who:
Are team players who positively contribute and embrace change.Are highly motivated and proactive problem solvers who can manage their time effectively.Are passionate self-starters eager to engage with people from all walks of life.Are good communicators with basic language, literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to effectively communicate, understand and follow instructions in a high-risk environment.Have successfully completed Year 12.Possess a driver's licence or the ability to obtain one.Applicants must have full working rights in Australia for the duration of the qualification and be able to work full-time.
