Personal Care Support Worker

We are looking to hire a Personal Care Support Worker with a minimum of a year of experience.
The candidate must be tech-savvy, ability to learn new skills, should have a positive attitude as well as a strong sense of accountability and confidentiality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting clients with assisted daily living and mobility duties such as showering, bathing, dressing, personal grooming, and dental hygiene, toileting, bladder, and bowel management.Assisting clients with transfers in and out of bed and/or wheelchairs using hoists and any other equipment as required.Medication assistanceDomestic support such as meal preparation, general household cleaning and laundryYou will need to be physically capable of constant lifting, bending, and carryingSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1 year as a support workerMust have experience providing personal care & community support to clients with mental healthMust be tech-savvyAbility to learn new skills with the clientMust have a positive attitude as well as a strong sense of accountability and confidentialityJOB REQUIREMENTS:
Australian citizen or has the Right to Work in AustraliaMinimum Certificate III in Individual Support or aboveCert IV in Mental Health (Highly regarded)NDIS Worker Screening CheckCurrent Working with Children CheckFirst Aid Certificate and CPR CertificateFull Driving License and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)Comprehensively insured car (preferred)OTHER CERTIFICATIONS:
