The Role
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple construction projects.
This individual will manage all phases of construction, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality control, and timely completion while staying within budget.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
WDC has multiple exciting projects in the Oil and Gas, Mining, Renewable and Power Infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ensure adherence to legislation, and improvement in standards of performance, quality, cost, and safety.
Oversee the project team, including subcontractors, engineers, and laborers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Provide accurate financial and works progress reports when required and as scheduled to the Operations Manager/Managing Director.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports, budgets, and timelines.
Organize clearances, access permits, and client-specific authorizations.
Manage client relationships and provide regular updates on project status, deliverables, and any issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on-site to keep the project on track.
Ability to read and create drawings, reports, engineering documents, and specifications.
Requirements
Proven experience managing various projects across multiple disciplines (Earthworks, Roads, Concrete Structures, and Drainage).
Proven work experience in project delivery valued 50k – 15M.
Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers at all levels.
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Proficient in project management software (MS Project preferred).
