About the Role:
Reporting to the Global Head of Operations, the Global Senior Project Manager will plan, lead and manage multiple organization-wide projects, whilst working collaboratively with functional leads across diverse regions, to deliver alignment, consistency and impact within globally agreed timescales and budget.
Projects will vary in scope and scale, ranging from long-term implementation to country-specific short-term projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and report on organisation-wide projects, by leading and managing all project planning, execution, and risk management Ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records Provide regular and tailored updates on project progress, challenges, actionable solutions Take ownership of projects and hold stakeholders accountable for their responsibilities Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, ensuring consistently clear communication and swift conflict resolution Implement change strategies, assess impact, and support training and adoption Represent the organisation, keeping Managers regularly informed, and supporting essential meetings and workshops About You:
Qualifications and training (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP) in Project Management, with a comprehensive understanding of PMBOK principals and experience with full cycle project management Highly competent project management capabilities, used to think laterally about best delivery approaches for complex and demanding situations Confident in the preparation of comprehensive reporting and project documentation with the ability to interpret complex information for stakeholders Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management experience with the ability to collaborate, manage and get the best out of remote teams Outstanding interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills, needed to build strong and trusted relationships with strategic stakeholders Knowledgeable in organizational development and change management Experience in policy development and regulated industries, with a preference for the education sector Sound judgement required to make appropriate decisions within a dynamic operating environment, knowing when to escalate matters which could have significant implications on the organisation or it's people Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple, often conflicting, priorities A willingness to align attitude and mindset with the intrinsic values and principles of the organisation What is on Offer:
