If you are a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who wants to help transform lives through excellence and person-centred NDIS allied health services, then you will love working at ORS.You will work alongside 80+ other dedicated Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division, performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
We provide the opportunity for every clinician to build a caseload that aligns with their skills and interests.
More importantly, you will also get to work with an amazing group of clients, playing an integral part in their personal growth and development.The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include:Skill building and capacity buildingFunctional assessmentsSensory assessmentsAssistive technology assessmentsHome and living assessmentsHome modification assessmentsYou will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS clinics.Work Life Balance:At ORS, we genuinely believe in the importance of a healthy work-life balance and the benefits it can provide.

For this reason, we:Provide the resources for our staff to be able to work from homeAim to minimize excess travelGive you ownership of your own calendar so you can book appointments to suit your scheduleProvide suburban office locations with free onsite and local parkingGive you the ability to work part-time, reduced hours, or a compressed 9-day fortnight (after probation)Offer an extra week of annual leave per year upon completion of 3 years of serviceLearning and Development:At ORS, we truly value the clinical and professional development of our staff.
To support this goal, we have a team of discipline-specific experts who all possess 20+ years of clinical Occupational Therapy experience.
You will be able to connect with these experts in one-on-one and group training sessions, and they are available for round-the-clock specialist support in addition to your Team Leader and Manager.You will also have access to internal Occupational Therapy specific and interdisciplinary professional development opportunities (Special Interest Groups, Monthly Discipline Specific In-services, and Multi-Disciplinary In-services).
These are offered either live or in recorded formats to ensure you have access to the training that suits your needs, with the opportunity to pursue clinical specialization.
Opportunities to pursue external training will also be considered, with options to purchase training allowances through the bonus scheme available.Career Pathways at ORS:ORS is an organization that takes pride in developing our employees into their career pathway of choice.
