We also coordinate regular team social events and an annual company conference and awards night.Providing exceptional support and rehab to our clients is our passion, and we are proud of our achievements.The PerksAchievable bonus & incentive schemeExcellent training / induction, coaching, and career progressionFull-time hybrid working model with the ability to WFH when not in face-to-face appointments and meetingsTravel paid at $0.99 per kilometreLatest technology provided (Phone and laptop) with web-connectivity / cloud to support work from home modelRegular social events and annual company awards nightsCollaborative and supportive team environment, GREAT team cultureThe OpportunityYour new role as an Employment Consultant will see you managing a portfolio of clients who are in the job-seeking phase of their rehabilitation.Within this role, you will be travelling to different hubs within your region to have face-to-face meetings with your clients and attend the office for team catch-ups on a monthly basis.This role requires a people-oriented professional with a positive, forward-thinking caring attitude and the desire to help others secure new employment.ResponsibilitiesProviding support for clients, preparing them for new employmentContacting prospective businesses to discuss staffing solutions & incentives for job trials / placementsAssisting clients with resume draftingDelivering job-seeking training (specific training modules)Career planning, job matchingDeveloping local relationships with prospective employersPost-placement check-in supportAbout You1+ years' experience in a similar roleRecruitment background assisting individuals with barriers to secure new employmentCar and valid Driver's licenseExceptional time management and attention to detailAbility to build strong stakeholder relationshipsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamConfidence over the phone and ability to strongly network with potential employersPolice check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencementPinnacle Rehab is an equal opportunity employer who encourages applications from suitably qualified candidates from all cultures, ages, religions, and genders.
