The Opportunity: We are seeking skilled Project Engineers to be seconded to one of Kent's key clients in the energy industry, based in the Perth CBD.
In this role, you will be an integral part of a dynamic project engineering delivery team, supporting multiple brownfield projects throughout their planning and execution phases.
You will bring technical expertise and strong competency to a high-performing team, playing a crucial role in the successful delivery of complex engineering projects.
The responsibilities will include: Assist in the development of project execution plans, proposals and estimates.Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.Identify any issues and put actions in place to mitigate them.
Report key issues to senior management.Proactively manage project change by identifying variations to the agreed scope.Maintain the project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.Provide input to assist with cost performance measurement.Provide forecasts of the resources and tools required to execute the project.Communicate objectives to project team.Interact regularly with client to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.Follow client feedback process.We foster an environment where you are challenged professionally and empowered to take the lead on your career development with the support and guidance of our leaders.
