SO4 is driving toward the production of world-class Sulphate of Potash (SOP).
Our Lake Way asset is in the Goldfields region of Western Australia, 15 kilometres south of Wiluna.
We are entering an exciting new phase in our progress, as we will be into our production ramp-up in a few days.

THE ROLE We have an opportunity for an experienced and driven Financial Controller to join our Perth office and play a key role in steering our company toward success.
Be a trusted partner to our leadership team, mentor a high-performing finance team, and ensure our financial systems and practices are world-class.
As Financial Controller, you'll lead a skilled team and oversee all financial operations, including:
Delivering timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with international standards.
Collaborating with senior leaders to provide insightful financial analysis and strategic guidance.
Driving cost-saving initiatives and enhancing financial processes for efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with all taxation, superannuation, and financial regulations.
Building and mentoring a high-performing finance team that thrives under your leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, plus CPA or CA qualifications.
Proven track record of 10+ years in finance leadership roles, ideally in mining or construction.
Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and systems like Pronto.
A passion for mentorship, with strong leadership skills to inspire and guide your team.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A commitment to upholding safety and sustainability in all you do.
