Casual Radiographer

Our clinics in Port Macquarie are currently seeking a Radiographer to join the team.
The Role: This is a casual position covering sick and annual leave as well as any additional hours that may be required.
Reporting to the Chief MIT, you will be required to cover a varying roster of shifts between 6am to 12pm, including an on-call roster.
Responsibilities include: Performing general x-ray and CT scans with high quality patient careAssisting the radiologist with interventional procedures using both CT and FluoroscopyConducting mobile x-rays including ward, trauma and post procedure patientsUtilising Image Intensifier to complete a variety of theatre procedures including orthopedic, general, urology and vascularCollaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists and referrers.Minimum Requirements: Current AHPRA / EPA radiation licence and relevant qualificationsPrevious experience in X-ray and CT imagingAbility to work autonomously and collaborativelyAbility to work a variety of shifts and on-call rosterHigh quality of patient care and excellence in communicationHighly regarded: Previous experience with theatre procedures using II, CT guided interventional proceduresHospital and trauma imaging experienceExperience with Visage and Karisma RIS systemI-MED can offer you: Fitness passport, including full gym access and a range of classes.Supportive management that values your well-being.Learning and development - Career opportunities across our diverse networkCollaborative and inclusive teamFree parking onsite and street parkingLots of uniform options to suit your preferences at no cost to you with annual top upsIndustry-competitive salary and benefits packageAnnual Remuneration ReviewWith over 250 clinics and 4000 staff, I-MED Radiology is Australia's largest Radiology Network.
