We're the team at the heart of our digital transformation - the ones creating the unified experiences and inclusive services our customers want and need.Our Digital function is currently undergoing an exciting transformation journey and is now seeking a Last Mile Specialist to join the Online Network & Customer Delivery team.About the roleReporting to the Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for representation and integration of the eCommerce network and last mile operations into broader Coles' transformational programs of work and leading and contributing towards the development of decision-making outputs.You willSupport home delivery network transition activities from in-store fulfilment to centralised fulfilment.Work on developing network roadmaps and business cases.Work on rollout schedules, operational safety reviews, capacity gap analysis.Improve and add to team best practices and processes.Be responsible for the results of their team.Communicate to stakeholders on progress of initiatives.You'll need3+ years' experience within last mile planning function.Detailed knowledge of last mile and operational execution activities.Experience using complex route optimisation tools.Experience translating large and complex data sets into meaningful insights and actions.Strong commercial acumen and understanding of key cost lines for last mile and how to influence them.A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both customer and the business.Experience in large, complex organisations.Experience working with large retail or strategy functions preferred.Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change.Take your next step into something bigger, apply now.With us, it's not about the discounts (although you do get those), it's about joining a team where your wellbeing and professional development is our investment and celebrating your contributions is the norm.And because everyone leads unique lives, we offer flexible work, additional leave and parental leave entitlements.We're continuing to build a gender equitable team, and a culture that is just as diverse, inclusive and welcoming as the communities we serve.We are committed to creating a workplace that is safe and respectful for our team.
