$90,000 to $120,000 + Super + Allowances
Clinical Consultant Health Generation acts as a primary support mechanism for residential Aged Care organisations nationally, through our tailored clinical services to help solve our customers' toughest clinical, financial, AN-ACC & compliance challenges and needs.

To note, this role involves weekly extensive travel - nationally.
The Clinical Consultant will travel to our client's facilities and provide expertise in: Compliance Auditing and AssurancePlans for Continuous ImprovementCare Planning and Assessment ReviewsClinical Care and ManagementPsychotropic Use and Behaviour Support PlanningRestrictive PracticesIncident and Risk Management including SIRS ComplianceStaffing Levels and Appropriate Skill Mix for Care Recipient AcuityClinical Oversight and GovernanceInfection Prevention and ControlBenefits and perks Achieve work/life balance – Monday to Friday only (no nights)Travel within and out of state (weekly)Provided with company laptop and other equipment (Telstra WIFI dongle, portable monitor, portable printer)Mobile phone allowance of $100 per monthA generous living away from home allowance of $300 per night awayMonthly wellness stipend available (gym passes, monthly massage etc – your choice)Have your Birthday offOngoing development and education (CPD accrual)Grow and develop in the consulting spaceAbout You You are a vibrant and experienced RNYour communication skills include active listening, effective written and in-person communicationYou are an analytical and critical thinkerYou are a problem solver with a can-do attitudeYou have project management skills with good time managementYou have had exposure to the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processYou are competent in the use of the Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)You can travel on a regular basis – this is a travelling role involving weekly interstate travelYou hold a current Australian Driver's LicenceYou hold a current NDIS Workers Screening or are willing to obtain oneIf this sounds like you and you are excited to learn more please hit "APPLY NOW" or contact Kelly on or by email
