Our Claims Specialists are responsible for having telephone and online-based conversations with our members when they need us most.
We offer attractive working hours which are structured as follows:
Week 1 – 7.30am – 3.30pm (West Perth Office based)Week 2 – 9.00am – 5.00pm (Working from home)
Opportunities can be made available on a Permanent basis or on a Max Term 12-month Contract/Secondment.
On a daily basis you will be contributing by: Managing an individual caseload of claims through to finalisationIdentifying potential recovery action as part of effective claims managementReviewing quotes and authorising repair costsNegotiating settlements for claimsActing as a technical referral point for internal teamsProviding empathy and understanding whilst handling complex conversationsConsistently providing service that exceeds members' expectationsWhat are we looking for?
