Senior Consultant - work with FranklinCovey Full-time position based in Melbourne, Australia Are you a master facilitator, consultant and presenter?Do you have great business or leadership experience?Are you passionate about making a difference?The Senior Consultant role is a full-time position for a dynamic, experienced senior consultant who can deliver workshops, consulting, and coaching to leaders and individuals across all industries.
Essential Job Functions include: World-class facilitation of FranklinCovey's training and development solutions in the areas of Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Trust, Unconscious Bias, etc.Delivery of sessions in live, live-online, and blended formats.Consulting with clients to learn what matters most to them and implementing those learnings into the client's programs.Creating a true learning environment that is participant-led.Partnering with our sales team in business development opportunities.Being savvy with technology and customizing content.Acting as a tremendous ambassador of our brand by modeling the principles we teach.Qualified candidates must have: Ten years plus of mid-senior level leadership or executive consulting experience.The ability to create and deliver compelling, polished presentations to both line leadership and senior corporate executives.A high degree of business acumen with strong character.Engaging and dynamic presentation skills, with an understanding of adult learning.Excellent digital learning skills and experience.Willingness to travel outside of the local area, although most work will happen locally.Benefits include: Working for a mission-driven, values-based company.Partnering with a passionate team of professionals.Certification in all of FranklinCovey's content.Engaging with individuals, leaders, and organizations from all over the country.FranklinCovey is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
