Feature Roles: APS5 – EL2 Guidance Roles – Richmond and Geelong (see below)
Location: Metro and Regional Victoria – Richmond and Geelong locations available
Duration: Initial Contract until 31st December 2025 (with extension options)
Salary: Ranging from $55.24 per hour to $754.20 per day + 11.5% Superannuation

APS5 – Guidance Officer: Geelong (112255A) Richmond (112255B) $55.24ph
Translate legislation, rules, and policies into audience-appropriate content.
APS6 – Guidance Lead : Geelong (112253A) Richmond (112253B) $60.26ph
Research and gather information from diverse sources to ensure resources are evidence based.
EL1 – AD Service Guidance : Geelong (112252A) Richmond (112252B) $602.55 per day
Apply project management skills to coordinate and support business areas and team.
EL2 – Director Service Guidance : Geelong (112251A) Richmond (112251B) $754.20 per day
Manage large teams providing high level analysis and complex inputs to policy formulation.

Important Information:
These are full-time positions, Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day with a 30-minute break. Hybrid working arrangements may be available after initial training period.
